Service credit terms


1. Introduction

These Service Credit Terms outline the conditions under which tokens and service calls are allocated, used, and managed on our platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is version: 1.0. Last updated: August 12th 2024.


2. Tokens and Monthly Allowance

  • Each month, you will receive a pre-determined number of tokens for use on our platform. The specific number of tokens you receive will be detailed in your account.
  • These tokens may be used to access various features and services offered on the platform, except 'service calls'.


3. Additional Usage and Payments

  • Should your usage exceed the monthly token allowance, we inform you and from then you 'pay as you go' till the end of that month, up to an certain amount, which is detailed in your account
  • The use of tokens, and the cost for additional tokens are prominently displayed, ensuring transparency.
  • Payments for extra tokens are processed immediately and will be charged to the payment method associated with your account.


4. Token Expiry

  • Tokens provided as part of your monthly allowance will expire at the end of each month and will not roll over to the next month.
  • Tokens are not legal tender or currency; are not redeemable,refundable, or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value; have no equivalent value in fiat currency; do not act as a substitute for fiat currency; and do not constitute or confer upon you any personal property right. Tokens are non-transferable and may be used only in connection with the applicable Service.
  • All sales of tokens are final. Tokens are not refundable and expire one year after the date of purchase or issuance if not used, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.


5. Changes to Monthly Allowance

  • We reserve the right to adjust the number of tokens allocated as a monthly allowance. If such changes occur, we will notify you at least 30 days before the adjustment takes effect.
  • If you do not agree with the changes, you may discontinue use of the platform and request the closure of your account.


6. Service calls

  • Service calls are digital meetings with professionals trough or platform. These meetings are settled by minute, with a minimum of 15 minutes. From the 16th minute, minutes are rounded up to whole minutes. This means for example that an meeting that lasts 30 minutes and 41 seconds is billed for 31 minutes.
  • Service calls are directly billed against the actual rate per minute as displayed on the platform when the call starts. Tokens can not be redeemed for minutes. 
  • Planned meetings can be rescheduled till 24 hours before the start. In case of rescheduling within 24 hours or cancellation, 15 minutes will be charged for the original date. An eventually newly scheduled meeting is fully charged for the new date.


7. Account Suspension or Termination

  • If you violate our Terms of Service, your account may be suspended or terminated. In such cases, any unused tokens, whether from the monthly allowance or purchased, will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
  • Examples of violations include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or breaches of our code of conduct.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Your data will only be used as described in our Privacy Policy, which you can review at any time on our platform.


9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • If you have any disputes related to these terms, please contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and your local country. In the event of a legal dispute, the courts of your country of residence will have jurisdiction.
