At Sky Dust, we prioritize the responsible sharing and publication of content on our platform (skydust.app) and website (skydust.io). This policy explains how content is shared and published on our Sky Dust platform, what is allowed, how we use the data provided by Sky Dust, and what you can expect from us. This is version 1.0.   • Permitted Content: content shared on Sky Dust must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
  • Prohibited Content: do not share content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these guidelines.


3. Sharing and Publication by Sky Dust


  • Content Review: we may review content shared on our platform to ensure it meets our guidelines and complies with legal standards. Content that does not meet these standards may be removed.
  • Publication Rights: by sharing content on Sky Dust, you grant us the right to publish your content on our platform and related media. This includes the right to feature your content in promotional materials.
  • Attribution: when we share or publish user-generated content, we will give proper credit to the original author, unless you request anonymity.

This data is sourced through Sky Dust’s own research, field studies, and collaborations with third parties. By using the platform, you agree that Sky Dust may use this data for the purpose of scientific research, including gaining new insights, improving the platform, and contributing to broader academic and industrial knowledge.
  • Scientific Research: Sky Dust conducts scientific research using the data collected from the platform. This research may be done independently or in collaboration with third parties, such as academic institutions or industry partners. There are a number of research directions we are excited to explore. If you are interested in subsidized access, please provide us with details about your research use case.


  • Deploying AI agents: AI agents hold significant promise for enhancing sustainability reporting, offering solutions to manage complex data and comply with rigorous standards
  • Deep reinforcement learning: This will be be crucial in meeting the global demands of sustainable practice reporting and management
  • Alignment: we want to understand what objective, if any, a model is best understood as pursuing? How do we increase the extent to which that objective is aligned with human preferences, eg. via prompt design or fine-tuning?
  • Model exploration: models like those used for services on the platform have a variety of capabilities which we have yet to explore. We’re interested in many areas including model limitations, linguistic properties and commonsense reasoning.


7. Data Protection and Privacy


  • User Data: we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any data shared on our platform will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Sensitive Information: avoid sharing sensitive personal data or confidential business information on our platform. If you need to share such information, use secure and private channels.
